If you have any questions about our office policies, please call our office during business hours.


Appointments

At our office, we know that your time is important. If you are a new patient, please arrive at our office 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For your convenience you may download our one page new patient form and complete it ahead of time and bring it with you to your first appointment.

If you are a returning patient, we ask that you also arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This extra time allows us to get you through the check in process and update any information that is needed.


Cancellations

We realize unexpected circumstances arise and you cannot keep your appointment. If this occurs, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When we schedule your appointment, this appointment is scheduled specifically for you. We do not double book appointments. You may cancel your appointment by calling us at (412) 343-4100 or (412) 221-2221. Or, you may leave us an email at manalosmiles@aol.com and inform us of your need to cancel. Cancelations within 24 hours notice may incur ad $50 cancellation fee. Patients that "No Show" for their scheduled dental appointment may be terminated from the practice at the discretion of the office in addition to incurring a $50 No Show fee.
